Thickened three-layer technology, stronger capacity of bearing capacity
Surf series water tank inner layer adopts imported porcelain enamel made in U.S. FERRO and production technology. It uses three layers combination technology, including nonmetallic inner film layer, merging layer and along steel plate layer. The thickness is 3-4times of that of common solar inner shell. It has the advantages of high strength, high-pressure resistance, hot and cold impact resistance; moreover, the surface of nonmetallic inner film layer is smooth so that germ can't stay on it. Besides, it is also installed super large dual-anode magnesium rod to prevent from corrosion and scale.

Inner shell of water tank is fully closed. The whole system works in pressure.
Adopt patent sealing technology to realize fully-closed inner shell so that the whole system works in pressure.
Common solar water heater adopts rubber ring to seal which is extremely easy to aging.
It can't influence the whole system's running for single piece of vacuum pipe is damaged.

Double vacuum metal heat pipes, no frozen, no explosion
SRHH series heat pipe adopts dual-vacuum technology. It has high efficiency of collecting heat and more excellent performance of heat preservation. Heat transfer speed is 1000 times of copper. It can also start rapidly.
It doesn't leak water in the pipe, and doesn't freeze and doesn't explode pipe.
As applying hot "diode" principle, quantity of heat won't be cut off and won't flow backwards, it can be transferred to water tank quickly.

The special-purposed electric assistant heating cabin is equipped with electric heater, ceramic framework and electric controller inside. Electric heater heats indirectly through air and cabin body; and is also equipped with multi protection device to keep water insulated with electricity completely. It combines solar energy and electricity perfectly. So the water heater can work for all over the year.
